Is Steam Cleaning Right For You?
Part of our job here at Precision Scale is listening to our clients concerns and asking the question, “How can we provide value?” Over the last 10 months we have noticed that the cleaning of industrial scales has become a pinch-point in creating an effective scale maintenance program. Curious if steam cleaning may be right for you? Look no further than this blog post! 😊
Why Use Steam Cleaning?
Drilling down further, we have discussed with our technicians what they most often see with an industrial scale that is either frozen, has binding issues, or just needs a good scrub down. After hearing their input and with a good deal of thought and effort we have created another division within our company to provide Steam Cleaning and Pressure Washing for Scales. Part of this service is having a Steam Truck on site and our Scale Technician available for all your needs, fully equipped with the knowledge and understanding to lead the way in cleaning a scale properly plus efficiently. This added value will decrease the stand down time waiting for a technician or to schedule another visit while a company comes in to clean the scale. Effective, Efficient, and Knowledgeable is what we strive for.
What better way to utilize resources than having a Steam Truck and a Technician on site making sure that every nook and cranny is cleaned? Doubling the resources adds value to your business!
We even have a program available if you need a steam cleaning or pressure washing on other equipment, our experienced staff are fully capable to clean any other equipment large or small, so you can comfortably trust us with your steaming cleaning needs. Additionally, our company is ISO 9001:2015 Certified, as well we diligently following our COR safety protocols with the upmost care and consideration in mind. That is a promise to you from all our team members.
Our Trucks
Our trucks are equipped with pressure washing units running between 1,000-3,500 PSI and 1.2 million BTU’s. We have the ability to jet dry, steam clean, or water heat to 300 degrees Celsius at approx. 10 gallons per minute to clean that tough, resistant grime and build up on any surface.
